The Urban Gospel Mission is a Christian resource website that is devoted to building the bridge between the gospel and urban culture by presenting articles, videos, testimonies, and music that not only address cultural problems, but point to solutions for each issue. Our desire is to raise up a movement of Christian revolutionaries who are proactively creating long-lasting change in the urban culture.

    It is really disturbing to see that many ‘churches’ are ‘lukewarm’. The American church is focused on the people vs focused on God. We’re looking at God as if we are ‘entitled’ to material or spiritual blessing. Hendonism, pluralism are rampant in the American church, it’s a social club where nothing is judged. Somehow, ‘Burger King’ theology has replaced sound theology.

    I would highly recommend that you guys read a book called “You Lost Me” by David Kinniman. It’s a fascinating book that explores the relationship of American youth with Christianity.
